How to play...
So, for Halloween Costume Idea Game, you must say what you are being for Halloween. If I was going to be a witch for Halloween person 1 would say:
After you say that, you would rate the person above's costume. If the person 2 was being a cat for Halloween, they would say:

Rules;
1.) Please do not rate someone else's costume low just because you don't agree with/like the rating they gave you.
2.) If you don't include a rating in your post, it is spam and will be reported.
3.) Please remember to use the report button if someone is spamming, being rude, or disruptive.
