In Japanese Hiragana, there are two versions of tsu (つ). There is a big one, and a small one (っ). The small tsu is not to be read as "tsu", but instead is supposed to use one syllable, but make no sound. For example: In ゆっくりしていってね! (Yukkuri shitte ne!, a Japanese meme.) there is a small tsu after yu, so the way ゆっくりしていってね! should be pronounced is: YU-_-KU-RI-SHI-TE-NEE!
