As I begin to go through this thread, I realise that a lot of the information here is incorrect. Thanks, uber-tired me. You done great.
I'm going to start a V2 with more accurate information, posts will have sources, I'll help provide links that will help users learn Swedish, (But I won't teach users directly) there will be more posts, hopefully, and other cool things, too.

How to write your name in Japanese!

If your name is Japanese, well, then you're obviously gonna know how to spell it.

Japanese names are more commonly written in Kanji, (Characters orrowed from Chinese + Katakana) but since you may not have a Japanese name, then I'll show you how to write it!

Now! Here's an example! This is my name + fake last name!

オ アンジェリカ

When writing your name in Japanese, you MUST put your last name BEFORE your first name.

Also, the pronunciation may be a bit off.

For example: My name is Angelica, but the romanized version of the Japanese spelling would be Anjielika. Odd, right?

Another name example would be:

English: Briana

Japanese: ビルァンァ

Romanized: Biluana

See what I mean by "The pronunciation may be a bit off"?

If you have ー in your name, and write it vertically/down, then you have to write it vertically as well, like I.

If you have any character that has a smaller version somewhere in your name other than the first letter, you'll have to write it smaller, unless its ン.
