1st Person: Every citizen most choke on sweet potato at least once a year!
2nd Person: Fiiiine *chokes on sweet potato* Every citizen must lick a wall twice a day.
3rd Person: NEVERRRRR *runs from guards* Every citizen must shave their hamster every third Monday of the month.
4th Person: I WILL NEVER SHAVE MY HAMSTER. Every citizen must mop the ceiling twice a month.

Etc... So. Pretty simple, just say wether you'll obey the law or not and then make a new one, no inappropriate stuff, follow the forum rules, have fun.
