ok so the first three are obvious, length width depth etc. Well kind of but not. There is an important idea that helps later. Imagine a 2D world, like maybe an ant on a newspaper (shut up pretend its not 2D XD). The ant could go from one end of the newspaper to the other traveling on its surface, or it could travel in the 3rd dimention to get there "instantaneously" if you folded the newspaper. So in 2D the ant traveled instantly and broke space, but in 3d, it just rolled the newspaper and jumped though 3d.
The 4th and next triad of dimentions are time. We actually live in the 4th dimentional world, because without time, you wouldnt be able to do anything and that would be horrible. matter travels into the future, where entropy for it is increasing, and antimatter travels in "negative time" or the past. The 5th dimention is all other possible ideas for this universe, basically multiverse theory. Eg. Dinosaurs still live or you died 30 years ago (you were -12 or so, it was ver sad.) This is best thought of as a polar graph, where all rays leading from the negative infinity central point of time radiate. To get from one of these time streams to another without crossing though the ones in between (because that would take an infinite amount of steams I think) You need the 6th. Basically time is a 3 dimentional cube, where each point contains a 3 dimentional plank "frame" like that in a movie.
This is phase space.
Then beyond this, the 7th and 8th dimentions are phase spaces with different speeds of light and different gravity values, the 9th linking them together so you can jump between, as there are only about 10^500 of these that are stable.
the 10th is like this condensed into one omniverse point..spread out? and idk what the 11th is I really only understand up to dimention 9
