She scrambled to her paws "I DIDNT TAKE THE MOUSE!" She yelled, then noticed it had been a bad dream. She shook her head, then her her friend, SpottedPaw, yowling. SmokeTalon was dancing? No no.. SmokeTalon was dead! She wailed, and ran towards her friend, out of the apprentice den.

He Slowly blinked his eyes, from his nap. He then turned and started to pad, Wobbly, to Vixenpaw and slowly mew
"Wh- *Yawn* at Is ha-happenning" He nodded his head, Because he wast still sleepy. Then he saw the Purple juice then Yelped, suddenly waking up "Th-Thats Deathberries! My Mama Used to show me not to eat them!"

Spottedpaw saw Vixenpaw emerge from the apprentices' den at a run, heading for her. "I-I went to go hunting, and I found him out there, just laying on the ground," she explained, trying to shake the image of her deputy's blank eyes staring into space. "He had eaten deathberries. I... I don't know... Did we get it wrong? Was Nightflare innocent?"

Tinykit woke up as soon as she heard her denmate yelp. She scrambled to her paws, her fur stood on
end. "What's happening, is Shadowclan attacking?!" She squeaked, then saw Smoketalon laying
dead in the clearing. "Oh.. Those are deathberries, why did he eat them?!" She squeaked alarmed.
"Is are clan purposely dying?!"

alderstar heard a yowl coming from the outside of the den and burst out, alarmed. "what happened? is everything alright?" he spotted spottedpaw shaking and scared. realization swept over him. "oh no..." he burst put of camp until he found the body of his dead deputy. "oh... smoketalon..." he sat there for a moment and thought about what was happening to his clan. he walked back into camp and jumped onto the highrock and called a clan meeting. "thunderclan! the murderer is still among us. you know who you are, and you will pay for your actions." his gaze was grim as he scanned his clanmates, realizing any one of them could have killed his beloved deputy.
