Paris or New York

So, I was thinking, if people where to choose between paris or New York, which would win? So we are going to start off with 1000. Add one if you think you would visit Paris, and subtract one if you want to go to New york. If New York gets to 0, it wins, and if Paris gets to 2000, then they win.
