Basically, the person above you says a pokemon, and you say whether it's over or under rated. You can also say neither. If you want to, you can add pictures of the pokemon.
Example:
Person 1: Dunsparce?
Person 2: Underrated. Shaymin?
Person 3: Overrated. Belossom?
Person 4: Neither. Dialga?
And so on.
