Zephyrkit was sleeping in the Nursery until she woke up. She yawned and stretched her long limbs. She opened her eyes then saw Cinderkit's dead body. "Cinderkit!" She yowled as soon as her gaze was locked on the dead kit. "It wasn't Copperkit! We're all doomed!" She wailed before covering her eyes with her paws.

Zephyrkit slowly got up. She buried her nose in Cinderkit's pelt, tears dropping out of her eyes, soaking the dead kit's fur.

MapleBlossom ran over to the den. "Great Star Clan! Copper kit wasn't the killer!" She looked up at the sky and said a silent prayer for the two lost kits.

Echokit laid in the nursery sullenly. The clan had killed Copperkit. She knew that there was no way her friend could be the murderer. The clan was collapsing, and now everyone was so desperate they were killing off kits. Cinderkit was dead now, and it was all because the clan couldn't find who it was. Anger rose up inside her, tears forming as she jumped up, yelling angrily at the clan gathered around Cinderkit. "This is all your fault! You MURDERED a kit because you were so desperate to find the killer! You've chased out innocent cats, now Cinderkit is dead! All of us are going to die, and it's all your fault!" she screeched, tears streaking down her face as her claws dug into the ground.

Thorneye was in his nest when they killed that poor kit. He hated that they killed her. He then woke up to yowls. A fear griped his heart as he walked out and saw the kit. "Who could hurt such kits?" He asked, his voice shaking a little, his clan just killed a kit in cold blood.

Poppykit
I woke up in the nursery to here wails. In the middle of the room lots of cats were gathered round a small furry thing. I got closer and saw that it was Cinderkit. "We just killed a kit and still the murderer lives in!" I mewed quietly "What if they kill me next!"

Thorneye heard what Poppykit mewed. He then wrapped his tail around the kit. "Don't worry. We will get this cat." He mewed, looking around.
