Dude your campsite had wi-fi? Now that's my kind of camping.
I've been camping a few times before [mainly with Girl Scouts]. The last time, it rained throughout the entire duration of our trip and destroyed the only book I had brought along. I was not pleased. The time before that, one of my fellow scouts attempted to punch me in the face, though I easily blocked her and laughed at her feeble attempts to harm me. Still not a fun time though.

Put simply I really freaking hate camping.

Yep. I don't have a laptop, but my bestie who had invited me utilized the wifi quite a bit.
We'd be in the tent and I'd be reading while she was on her Tumblr or was typing up another chapter of her fanfic or something.
Yeah, it was really great though.
Also the showers and stuff were REALLY nice. Like, better-than-my-shower-even-though-that-doesn't-take-much nice.

Your friend is brave. I would have been a bit reluctant to bring my laptop along because I tend to lose things.
The facilities at campsites generally suck, so congratulations on getting one with a nice restroom.

I just found a woman singing Joan Jett but she owns a restaurant and so she changed it to follow her restaurant theme..
