So, i will show you an example of how to get started:
Me: Inserts a penny.
Next person: Gets Abraham Lincoln! Inserts a feather.
Person after that: Gets a pillow! Inserts a frog.
The other person after that: Gets a prince! Inserts..........

Inserts a dollar bill.....
