I'd go to Strijp-S with one of my longest friend. Strijp-S is just a cute alternative place and it's amazing. I've been friends with this girl for like 4-5 years now and she's an amazing person and we're like a great combo of immature and hilarious and we've never just had a day out together and one of us is always too far away or busy. Also Strijp-S is in Holland.
