pidge looks down at the fire pig pokémon, tilting her head curiously as he hopped over to her. she rolled her shoulders back into a shrug - well, she was stuck with this thing, it seemed; might as well make the most of it - and, after dubbing the tepig "kermit", headed out towards the next town, silently keeping to herself as the small pig followed her loyally.

Stumps winced as Chesnut took damage, even if it was a small amount.
"Vine whip again!" She commanded, with a little less nervousness in her voice. Chesnut complied, once again, sending the pair of vines whipping towards the oppenent.

Vine whip smacked into the Delcatty!
Delcatty took 25 damage! It was critical!
It looks like you can Chesnut have a strong bond.
The Delcatty used Tackle again! Chesnut took 10 damage.

"Good job!" Stumps petted Chesnut on the head. Chesnut chirped happily.
"Rollout this time!" Stumps exclaimed, sounding even more excited.

Phoebe stepped outside the professors building, and into the sunlight. She closed her eyes, and breathed in deeply. This was the beginning of her journey.

She held her new Cyndaquil, her new friend, in her arms. She looked up at her, and she looked back at it with a smile. Phoebe let her first Pokémon jump from her arms to the ground. She bent to pet her, and laughed as she nuzzled her hand back.

“I think I’ll call you Burner,” Phoebe said. Her Pokémon smiled, and they continued on together.

All we have to do is get through this forest. Phoebe thought with confidence. And then I can challenge my first gym. I’m going to defeat all the gyms! And I’ll be the best trainer!

This was only the start to Phoebe’s journey. They entered the forest.

The egg wiggles slightly, and a sound can be heard from within.
Looks like it'll hatch soon. Better keep a close eye on it!

Jaden sends Fennekin to his box, so that he can have room to carry the egg around.

"Don't worry, I'll take great care of you," He says to the egg

Sylveon jumps up and send out her ribbons to grab hold of the egg.
She takes the egg out of Jaden's hands, sets it down on the ground, and curls around it.

"I guess we're taking a break and staying here a while," Jaden says sending out the rest of his pokemon,
"Since we're staying, you guys can all play around for a bit."

Once all his pokemon start playing, Jaden sits down next to Sylveon to keep an eye on her and the egg.

Doesn't seem like it's hatching, but it does seem close.

Izumi, as usual, glared at the pumpkin shaped pokemon before rolling his eyes and supposedly finding better things to look at. "Thanks for the help Miss." Lisbeth bowed to the nursery lady before picking up the pumpkaboo and setting him on the ground."Your name will be Hamakage ok?" Newly named Hamakage nodded his head carefully before Lisbeth touched his head with the pokeball and sent him off to her box. "Ok team, let's get going once more." Lisbeth, feeling inclined to do so for Virdigo's kindness she picked up the leafeon and set heron her shoulder.

Lisbeth looked both directions, noting her pokemons' look in each direction. She looked towards the forest once more before deciding on the volcano. Volcanoes could be fun, right? "Ok, let's head towards the volcano." She heard noises of approval from everyone but Verdigo and Taida, who as grass types would likely not enjoy a volcano, even if it was dormant.

I wonder if she would come with me. I have yet to find a store that sells pokeballs. Phoebe smiled as the mareep was freed. She’s a cute little thing.

The mareep looked around, let out a sad bleat, before butting its head into your leg. It walked over to Burner, sniffed her, and then walked over to you, putting her front hooves on your legs. It seems she wants to be carried, good luck with that!
