i live in a tropical country, so a strong breeze on a hot day gives me so much relief. i miss being a kid and going outside all the time.

    - waking up to the faint chirping of birds in the morning
    - relaxing in a pool or any body of water on a hot, sunny day
    - meeting kind or friendly strangers in co-op games
    - sleeping in the car while it rains on the way home
    - finding content that, the creator will never know, makes you so happy

mmm definitely a full moon over the mountains. i have such a strong craving to see
a moonrise...so big, bright, and whole, full of a sense of completion and being so clearly just
one stage in a cycle, one moment in a repeating circular pattern, over something so craggy
and ancient and absolute caught in this much larger circle of waxing/waning, slowly rising or
slowly wearing away...it would just be SO BEAUTIFUL!!!

and since the above one didn't get responded to: sleeping in the car while it rains on the way home!
i love the sense of trust and taking-care-of and safety...being so comfortable with whoever's driving
that you can completely relax, and the sound of water rushing beneath car tires and the back and forth
of the windshield wipers...i love that so much!

1.) sharing stories as an act of affection—little fragments of fiction from your imagination or
a little piece of your life, chosen with care as an act of vulnerability and love, whispered quietly
maybe as a bedtime story

2.) "the bubble" by geneviève castrée

3.) trees talking through mycorrhizal networks—sending their resources to healthier
neighbors if they're dying, warning of danger, lending a helping hand to new saplings,
communicating across boundaries, taking from the carbon-rich and
giving to the carbon-poor so that a forest can fruit all at once...

4.) silly kinds of kissing, like butterfly kisses (eyelash kisses) and nose-rubbing

5.) the great salt lake in utah
