DO:
- use for characters and adopts! (no selling for usd)
- draw your character
- edit the lines! but not too much where you redraw the base or trace my lines
- mix and match! you can erase and add to your hearts content
- make your own flag and background
DON'T:
- draw straight flags! only ally flags please!
- draw joke/bad flags (ex. rabies and MAP)
- draw unrelated flags
- use the base without the flags please!
- remove my sig
- more to be added if needed
- use for customs! even if the person asked for base, please dont use this one
