also since some people are asking me how i did the texture, i'll just answer very simply:
i selected the texture circled around in red in the texture box, used the same color i did for the lineart, set the layer mode to hard light & then lowered the opacity to where it would be noticeable but not too much. then i just opened a new layer, went to effects & selected monochrome noise, set the layer mode to soft light, & lowered the opacity a little on it too. that's all ^^
