Your overall style looks pretty sweet, so there's nothing much I can say.
Though there are a few tricks on how to make art "pop" even more so I'll give you some tips!
1 - Using different colors for lineart
Yes, this can be a process but in the end I think it's worth it. For example: use dark pink for all the lines except the eyes and black parts (like the bow).
2 - Subtle shading/lighting
there's several ways to go about this: 1 is using the airbrush tool, choose a color (maybe perhaps a pinkish color to compliment Angel's colors) set it to multiply and set the opacity to about 10-15% or where abouts. Gently trace the edges of the line art with the airbrush. 2 is using the pen tool, and tracing the lineart with that. Use a light color and set it to lighten or screen, whichever looks best and set the opacity to around 20-30%. This is a bit more of a process than the airbrush technique but it can look real good.
3- Making a border for the line art
