This is Lupula, the double-mouthed "hellhound"! She didn't start off looking like this, in fact- her name isn't actually Lupula, which is an amalgamation of the words Lupis and Mandibula (latin for wolf and jaw).
She was taken advantage of after losing her way in life and got her soul snatched, in a deal with the devil. A second jaw tore out of her original, and her pair of eyes split into one more.
Her mouths both have separate larynxes and pharynxes so she can eat from both mouths and talk from both mouths separately and together, however she can only breathe flawlessly from her original, "top mouth", while the second one would be raspy.

Cynnical and antisocial, she is happiest on her own. Pinta treats her as a companion, though she loathes the pinata's presence. She has a strong maternal instict despite her roughness towards others, as she was a mother... once...
