Updated the rank list to the best of my ability from what TWG has posted. Please tell me if there are any mistakes. A few WoIs have changed owners or have new reference sheets and I don't believe I got them all.

For TWG: Two warriors are on the list twice and I have marked them for you. I also noticed on the new list that a few of the WoIs haven't been place or were removed so I just placed them in the unknown area for the time being. I will be happy to update this again when ranks move around..
