It's soft, but you jump slightly anyway; you weren't expecting someone to have found your resting spot away from the herd. Fighting with your pulse, you glance over to see who it is.
The grullo stag waits patiently for your assessment, a light of amusement in his deep purple eyes. Instantly, you relax. You would know that star-studded, greenish coat anywhere.

"Donatello."
Your voice is relieved. Out of all the Myths of the herd you've been sent to observe, he's been one of the kindest to your presence. You've heard he used to travel all over Etherium before coming here. You figure that shows in the way he always seems to know something more than what he's saying, like he's waiting for you to figure it out on your own.
He looks that way now, actually. You notice with a start that he's been 'reading' your notebook. Or at least, looking at the sketches you've made of the night sky.
"Oh! These are just... Well, the sky is different from what we're used to. I'm not the best at drawing stars, but..."
You turn the book around to give him a better view of your haphazard note-taking. There's a sheepish sense to the movement; you shouldn't be embarrassed to show a Myth your hobbies, but you can't help but feel like somehow it's something you shouldn't be doing.
"Is... Is that okay?"
He laughs gently, his ears perked forward.
"Of course! Has anyone told you the stories yet?"Your blank look is enough of an answer for him. Without further ado, the stag plops down into the warm summer grass beside you, leaning back and gesturing with his head to his side. You hesitate, but the invitation to lay down is so clear, you can't help but comply.
Within moments, you're settled down against Donatello's warm side, staring up into the stars. You'd thought it would be awkward, but this is actually... really comfortable. Too comfortable, almost. The night sky glimmers like a dream from this perspective.
"Lets make a game of it, hm?"
That declaration wakes you up. You catch sight of the stag's grin from the corner of your eye.
"I'll make it easy enough! What I'll do is, I'll tell you all about some of our stars. They represent the spirits of Maena in our world. But you have to find those stars. I'll tell you if you have it right or not, don't worry! I want to see if you can guess it."
You make a face, but you settle back into Donatello's side, clutching your notebook with determination.
"Bring it on."

(Donatello will continue to tell us about the Spirits throughout the month! It will be announced when more is added to this story!)

Myths of the Etherium look to the stars and see their Spirits, but it looks like these Stars are gone from the image! Where did they go? You want to see the constellations that make up the first three Spirits, right?Looks like we'll have to band together and take Donatello's game a little more seriously to find all these.
THERE ARE NOW 14 STARS HIDDEN AMONG THE MYTHS OF THE ETHERIUM GAME ON CS.This is a scavenger hunt! Meaning the goal for you, the players, is to find the location of all 14 of these stars right here:

Successful completion of all 14 stars will earn players the very first major event badge of Myths of the Etherium, the 2026 STARFINDER BADGE, featuring our NPC, Donatello!
This will be awarded to player profiles on the website when it is active. It is a collectible, so it is not necessary for progress in the game, it's just a fun little thing to show where you've been or show achievements you've made throughout the game while you play!
There are no other rewards for the scavenger hunt, so don't feel pressured! This event is purely for fun and to celebrate a really cool astronomical event and the lore that's been dropping! I hope everyone enjoys the game!!
