If its your birthday, you can get yourself a free lil fella!
You can get one per birthday! These guys are completely free, and you do not need to wait for any slot openings to submit a form asking for one.

RULES
- These guys are only able to be gifted, they cannot be traded for anything in return!
- You must link your previous birthday werm post (if applicable). [Rule added 26/05/2025]
- These are generally completed by whichever staff member is free-- you cannot ask for a specific artist.
- You can submit a form for a birthday werm up to a month after your birthday has happened! (Example; your birthday is 21st of January, you have until 21st of February to make the post)
- If you are uncomfortable or don't want to disclose the specific day of your birthday, you may post whenever during the month by specifying just the month eg. "June". However, the following year's birthday post must be made roughly around the same date you posted the previous year. If you do not wish to disclose the date to us, you do not have the extra month past your day as outlined in the rule above, it MUST be posted during the month of your birthday. - Do not disclose your age or year of birth anywhere, it violates CS rules.
- For clarity sake please write the date like [numerical number] [word month] or [word month] [numerical number] example: 12th April, November 20, 1 Jun etc. [Rule added 26/05/2025]
- If there is an issue with your form and you do not receive your birthday werm in the latest batch, you have one (1) week to repost your form. You must indicate on the post that it is repost to fix the indicated/mentioned issue. [Rule added 26/05/2025]
- Choose a maximum of one from each category and whether you'd like the werm to have a party hat and/or sprinkles (they can have both), and then fill out the form along with the colors you'd like at the bottom of this post!
- You do not need to provide a specific color for each thing if you don't want to, just a general color scheme/flavor is enough for artists to go on!
- While you can choose any colors/color scheme you want, please do not ask for any patterns/complex markings or additional edits; simple gradients are ok!
- You don't have to choose one in every category, they can be as simple as you'd like! You could literally just have a plain werm lol
- If you can't decide, you can leave it up to fate and ask for a surprise! :]
- If leaving the entire werm design (either or both colors and patterns) up for surprise, you may end up with pattern combinations that are out of the bounds of what is usually allowed (ie. Tabby and Patches combined) (ie. An eyebrow edited on two tone). This cannot be asked for and is only ever given when we have creative liberty. [Rule added 26/05/2025]
- Birthday werms are able to be bred, but cannot be bred with other birthday werms.
