The breezy air of spring flowed over Cove's back, and he couldn’t help but feel giddy! Summer was certainly his favorite season, but spring was a close second. It was Easter, so of course the local plaza was filled with young fawns and companions frolicking about and searching for eggs. Even the older deer were joining in, and Cove couldn’t stop himself from doing so too. He looked high and low for eggs all day, only stopping to play with the fawns or eat some lunch. When he finally got tired he went home to rest, and as he fell asleep he realized he’d forgotten to count the eggs he’d collected. He wondered who found the most… and if it could be him?
