Archive Rules

1. All Cloud Catcher rules apply to the archive.

2. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the archive or a denial please contact Vactoreum to resolve any issues.

3. There is a maximum 10 forms allowed on a single post, any amount over 10 will result in a denial for those additional forms.

4. Every trade, MYO, custom, and modification must have its own form. The only exception allowed is trading multiple items on a “Gifting/Selling a MYO token or item” form.

5. Please use the respective form for the archive, if you use the wrong form it will be denied until the right form is used.

6. Do not change the hex code of the form header, it makes archiving easier!

7. When posting a sale, either the Buy or Seller can post the form.

8. When trading or gifting a Cloud Catcher proof of the transaction is required. Read down below to see acceptable forms of proof!

9. Remember to be respectful! And, thank you for showing your support with this closed species!

Acceptable Forms of Proof

Screenshots of CS private messages containing the transaction, this must include the Cloud Catchers ID(s), both usernames and IDs, and both users agreeing to the transfer of ownership.

Screenshots of Discord direct messages containing the transaction, this must include the Cloud Catchers ID(s), both usernames and IDs, and both users agreeing to the transfer of ownership. It is encouraged that BOTH users be in the Cloud Catchers Discord server.

Screenshots of any Messaging App containing the transaction, this must include the Cloud Catchers ID(s), both usernames and IDs, and both users agreeing to the transfer of ownership.

Live link to a Toyhou.se Ownership log. The Cloud Catcher must have been transferred from an account CLEARLY belonging to the previous owner to an account CLEARLY belonging to the new owner. It is encouraged that both users Toyhou.se profiles have the same username as their CS profile. However, if this is NOT the case then please have your Toyhou.se account linked somewhere to your CS account.

Creating a Custom Cloud Catcher
This form Is used when you make a custom Cloud Catcher for another user, Official Cloud Catcher Artists must use this form as well.

Any ownership change of a Cloud Catcher is considered a sale. This may include gifting a Cloud Catcher, MYO, or Item to another user, as well as trading a Cloud Catcher, MYO, or Item to another user in exchange for a Cloud Catcher/MYO/Item.
PLEASE make sure you fill out a form when trading or selling a Cloud Catcher so the archive can be updated. You are responsible for making sure you keep track of your items.
