Extra: Returning to the Pit, Austereon felt finally prepared.
It had all felt somewhat like a fever dream, and today was the one day he felt clear.
He'd brought along two extra companions this time, Bottles the resident dungeon master, and Nightlight the resident glow stick.
Though as they neared the area for the pit, dread filled his stomach.
No, this wasn't right.
There was a pit there, a pit he entered nearly 15 separate times! How did it vanish???
He was in near hysterics as Nightlight attempted to calm him, nodding along with the foreman as he directed them towards the table.

Walking over, Bottles noticed the blocked off entrance, pausing for a moment before looking back at the site worker.
Once he was certain the other werm wasn't paying attention, the gooey werm took his friends by the arms and hurried them inside.
Bottles believed Austereon about what he'd seen in the pit, what had gone on all those times he'd left only to return with strange artifacts and trinkets...

They would find out the secrets of the pit, together.
