Answer: The footage starts with darkness, something covering the lens, leaving the viewers with only sound. No one seems to notice, the first cozie begins to speak, clearly farther away from the camera but not alone.
"Found this cool rock with a bunch of words carved into it, they read like instructions. I followed them and got this cool-looking pumpkin, we wanted to start recording before I did the last step. Someones a little scardy cat and wont get near my cool rock and pumpkin."
"Well, im sorry i don't want to get cursed or something. what if it sends me to Home Depot!?"
Someone huffs, its unclear who, before the first cozie speaks again "It says I'm supposed to ""paint it red with the blo-"" somethin', it's kinda scratched out so I'm assuming it had a specific brand of paint? I don't really know but I only had this glow-in-the-dark stuff, seems to work fine. Anyways now to light the candl-[FWOOSH], cool... Dude these special effects and science stuff are wicked, I have no idea how they got the candles to light on their own, I mean I'm nowhere near the lighter, oh shoot, did you forget to take off the lens cap..? " There's some quiet rustling, clearly the camera being moved and looked at before the second cozie speaks again. The camera is pointing at the floor when the lens is removed. Still no identifying features shown of either cozie
"uhh ,, oh,,I did, dang I didn't get any of that on camera :( whoops Sorry.. well here's the final produ-"
The audio cuts out, seeming strangely muffled and warped. You catch a quick glimpse of a cozie in shadow holding the camera, sitting next to the cozie is a large pumpkin covered in runes and glowing fluorescently, the glow gets brighter for a moment, nearly blinding before it seems to pulse and bulge. The camera shakes and a muffled boom is heard. Both whoever was holding the camera and the cozie in the shadow are blown back, the camera falling to the ground. The rest of the footage is broken and glitchy, but the pumpkin is always in the center frame, you can see something rise from just out of frame, the two cozies scrambling up and away. The pumpkin pulses one last time, the creature.. thing takes a gangly step forward, and the cozies shuffle several steps back. There is an ear-piercing wail, rattling the camera, it pulses once more before it opens its eyes and-
The footage ends there, cozies scramble to explain it, to identify who was there where it was what happened. Hours later, two cozies are reported missing, both having left home late at night to help a friend plan a party, neither returning home.
