Rules

Postby mrs » Thu Feb 02, 2023 12:55 am

Rules wrote:1. Do not complain; the vast majority of what happens here is determined by RNG.
2. You must have an avatar from Creation Station to battle.
3. Take note of any listed cooldowns. If you try to do something you are on cooldown for, your post will be ignored.
4. Do not lie about the amount of something you have or the legitimacy of an item you have. You will be caught and punished accordingly.
More will be added as seen fit.

Information

Postby mrs » Thu Feb 02, 2023 2:07 am

Stat Information wrote:All avatars begin with the same beginning stats. These stats can be changed with potions and armor, both for the better and worse. The stats include health, damage per attack, crit chance, speed, soul, and defense. Below, you can review the base of each stat. As stated before, with the use of potions and/or armor, you may go below/above the base stat. Your stats (excluding moral) will go up each time you gain a level.

Base Stats:
Level: 1
Health: 10
Damage 2-3 (per attack)
Crit Chance: 7% (this is also per attack)
Speed: 4
Soul: 100%
Defense: 0
Moral: 0 (neutral)

The definitions of each stat are as follows:
- Health refers to the amount of hits your avatar can sustain before their soul drops to 0 and becomes unwilling to battle..
- Damage refers to how much damage is done per attack.
- Crit Chance refers to the chance of your attack being a critical hit. When hits are critical, the amount of damage done is multiplied by 1.5 the original damage.
- Speed refers to how quickly your avatar can attack.
- Soul determines whether or not your avatar is willing to battle. The lower the soul, the more unlikely they are to battle.
- Defense is what softens blows done to your character; with great defense, your avatar will take significantly less damage.
- The state 'moral' determines whether your character is of good or bad nature. At the moment, this does not effect anything. Negative moral is evil, 0 is neutral, and anything above 0 is good.
Experience wrote:While battling mobs at your level, you gain experience for each victory you sustain. With that said, it is possible to outlevel mobs - when you are more than three levels above the mobs you are fighting, the amount of experience you gain drops dramatically. As of now, experience is earned through questing and battling.

Experience necessary to level.
Level 1: 0xp (this is where you begin)
Level 2: 110xp
Level 3: 143xp
Level 4: 186xp
Level 5: 242xp
Level × 1.3 = amount of xp required to level, then round up

Mobs that are three levels below you will give significantly less experience. The amount of experience a mob gives for someone at their level is a tenth of the required experience. If you are three or more levels above, the experience you earn from said mob is divided by 3 for every three levels higher you are.
Rewards wrote:There are awards for leveling up, including achievements, exclusive furniture and clothing items, and even potential companions willing to follow you into battle and assist you by attacking your enemies.

Level awards:
Right now, there is no further information regarding rewards.

Rewards can also be earned through defeating enemies. Each offered battle area will list what can be earned from there.
Companion Information wrote:Beeling kits do not follow you into battle and fight by your side. However, taking them with you into a battlefield will call more enemies to your side to fight with you.
Beeling adults will follow you into battle and fight by your side. They are very loyal and creatures and will fight alongside you for as long as you continue to fight.

Beeling Adult Stats:
Damage: 5 (per attack)
Crit Chance: 10%
Speed: 1
As of now, these cannot be changed.
Armor wrote:Different types of armor grants different things. For example, gold armor is a very durable metal, and won't soften the blows taken. Therefore, it grants only a small amount of defense.
Armor Specialties:
Per piece equipped:

Sunsteel: +20 defense, +10% health
Moonstone: +10 defense, +5 speed, +10 soul
Iron: +6 defense
Gold: +3 defense, -1 speed, -5 soul
Broken Armor: +1 defense

By set, set bonuses applied:
Sunsteel: +60 defense (max), +%50 health, +10 moral
Moonstone: +60 defense (max), +%50 health, -10 moral
Iron: +20 defense
Gold: +9 defense, -10 speed, -90 soul
Broken Armor: +3 defense (no set bonus)
Weapons wrote:Weapons can be purchased from stores and from questing. Very rarely, through battling.

Basic Sword Stats (per attack):
Sun-Blessed Sword: +20 damage, +10 moral
Moon-Touched Sword: +20 damage, -10 moral
Iron Sword: +5 damage
Broken Sword: +2 damage
Potions wrote:There is a variety of potions you are able to take with you, when you're adventuring. Though, be warned - you can't take potions to every area you come upon. There are certain places the potions will not work. As of right now, the only area that you cannot take potions to is the Starting Area.
Health Potions:
Sun Blessed Potion: restores 50hp
Strong Health Potion: restores 10hp
Weak Health Potion: restores 5hp
Sliver of Health: restores 3hp

Misc Potions:
Swiftness Potion: +3 speed
Potion of Low Moral: -1 moral
Potion of High Moral: +1 moral
Potion of Vengeance: -5 moral
Potion of Benevolence: +5 moral

Potions can be found from select areas while battling, receive as quest awards, and can be purchased from stores.

Battle Areas

Postby mrs » Thu Feb 02, 2023 6:23 am

Areas wrote:More areas will be added in the future. As of now, you may post to go battling once every two hours. Do not edit your old posts.
You will receive loot for one mob per post, but experience gains varies.
! Starting Area !
"Well, everyone's got to start somewhere! There's no shame in being a newbie, not at all. You may see me standing so proudly in my armor now, but I used to be a beginner just like you! There's mostly training dummies around here, but you may catch a bandit in the middle of stealing. I'm not a fan of petty thieves.."
Quick Info wrote:- Starting Area mobs range from level 1-5.
- Mobs scale, so that you are not fighting
level ones at level 5.
- These mobs don't do damage.
- You can bring a companion of any type
with you into battle.
- Potions cannot be brought here.
Loot wrote:Loot drops:
- Starter Furniture
- Starter Clothes
- Broken Armor (all pieces can be found here)
- Broken Sword
- Lost wallet (10g-20g)
- Chance of nothing

Silent Graveyard

Postby mrs » Thu Feb 02, 2023 9:37 am

You're here? wrote:"If you're here, you're in need of one of two things. You're searching for free loot... gravedigging is a disturbing crime. Or, you're seeking aid. The most I can say is keep your head down, your voice low, and your gaze towards the ground. Do not look at anyone, nor speak to anything that has not spoken to you, first. You shouldn't stay for a long - you may only visit once a day. Keep your visit brisk, and you may be able to survive to come back another day."

At the graveyard, if you do not steal from it, you are able to replenish your health. If you visit the graveyard (you may only visit it once per day), you have one of two options available. You can steal from the dead, a risky choice, or you may replenish your health. You may only visit once per day.
Gravedigging wrote:
! Soul Cleansing !

If you take damage, you will need to heal it. Once per day, you may visit the graveyard to heal your soul. It's one of very few free options available. No matter how much health you have at max health, nor how much health you have lost, you may visit the graveyard to replenish your health.
