Prompt: a three tiered cake with an ombre effect from deep navy blue at the bottom to an ocean teal near the top. in each layer fish are shadowed in slightly darker frosting than the background color and on one side there is a dark colored kelp fondant detail running up the side. There's a fondant clam open to reveal a candy pearl, and on the cake above it is a trail of blue and white heart shaped bubbles. The cake is topped with fluffy white frosting to mimic capped waves, and little blue and white candy hearts placed strategically through the foam.
