Rules
1. DO NOT harass an artist into doing an myo or opening up slots! slots only open up when an artist wants and you cannot bully someone into completing a custom
2. artists are allowed to turn down a custom for whatever reason!
3. do not pester an artist if you didn't get in during their opening!
4. recolors may only be offered by the artist of the litter that is being recolored! recolors also may only be requested if the artist is offering a recolor of that specific litter!
5. star chasers cannot rip of existing characters in media or other peoples ocs! you may, however, have a star chaser made inspired by a character in media (NOT other peoples ocs) and can also have a star chaser made to resemble an oc that YOU own. However if you have a star chaser made based on your oc, then they are soul bound to that oc. this means if you sell the oc then the star chaser goes with it.
6. star chasers cannot be made to replicate an existing star chaser. recolors will still have unique colors and will not be identical to an existing star chaser
7.you must always link to your most recent custom! (whether it was accepted or not)

Customs are an available way to obtain a Star Chaser. In order to get a custom you must have an MYO (which can be obtained through the shop or events/giveaways)
There are 3 types of customs currently!
On line customs (no line edits)
On line customs (with line edits)
and Offline customs.

1. On line customs with no line edits means your star chaser will be filled in on the main species lines without any lineart edits! this can be a unique design or a recolor (depending on if the artist is offering recolors)
2. On line customs with line edits means that your star chaser will be filled in on the main species lines however you can request line art edits! this can include (but is not limited to) tongue edits, teeth edits, addition of wings, ear changes, eye changes, etc
3. offline customs are star chasers with custom made lines either by the artist for customs or completely unique to that star chaser. offline customs cannot be considered recolors

Artists may only offer certain kinds of customs and you cannot bully an artist into doing a certain kind of custom. you also must have the myo that matches the type of star chaser you want from the above list.

Breedings

Rules

4. oc-based star chasers can be bred however the original oc must belong to you
5. related star chasers cannot be bred together. this includes parents and children or star chasers from the same litter drop (this includes recolors made after)

6. you must always link to your most recent breeding! (whether it was accepted or not)

breedings are a pairing of two star chasers to create one (or more) new ones!
breedings require a star core or a Star shard to be done!

Star Shards are an item that allows for 1-2 pups in a litter

Star cores are an item that allows for 3-5 pups in a litter (although 5 are pretty rare)

(a breeding between two users star chasers will always result in at least 2 pups)

Artist Rules:
1. Follow all the rules listed above! and all of CS's rules!
2. don't edit your forums after you post them please - I'll still see it if you quote it with your edits

Artist Slot Info:
- breeding slots are currently FCFS, but this may change in the future!
custom slots will not be fcfs.
- customs are currently only recolors of base line star-chasers
- currently, all you need is the respective star chaser item to fill a slot.
- I may take a week or so to get the request done, college is important!
- if I need to cancel a slot, you can see if another artist can pick it up.
if no one can, you'll get your item back and can be put on a waitlist for the next time my slots open.
