reason:
Chicoon now has "Unmatching Eyes/Flame (UC)". However, because two of your "tail stripes" appear to converge at the bottom of the tail, this makes them not legal tail stripes. Therefore, you only have 2 tail stripes which is correct for an uncommon chicoon. Add "Unmatching Eyes/Flame (UC)" to traits list and all is well.
