This thread is for all ownership changes to existing Kalons [trades, gifts, readopts], username and Kalon name changes, and updates to Kalon references [edits, revamps].

✦ Please fill out the proper form for any archive updates. ✦
✦ User IDs can be found at the end of your CS profile url. ✦
✦ Use one form for each Kalon. ✦
✦ Links to Kalons should be either the oekaki thread or the off-oekaki archive post, and not just images. ✦
✦ When linking an oekaki reference, please link the parent thread of the most recent version of the Kalon reference, and not a color-in. ✦
✦ Links to kit NBs should state which kit it is on the batch. [Ie top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right.] ✦
✦ All off-oekaki references and screenshot proofs must be hosted through imgur or discord, so they will not break. If your images/links break in the future due to negligence Kalon staff will not be responsible for helping you recover them. ✦

✦ Kalons being gifted must have the form posted by the gifter OR the giftee may post with proof via a screenshot of a CS PM, link to a public readopt, or public Kalon Community Discord raffle. ✦

✦ The Kalon Archive is updated in batches by our archivists Rabbit and roelian. If there is an issue, usually one of them will send you a PM. ✦
