Excited to start exploring? Me too! But there are a few rules you'll need to follow to ensure this is a safe and productive trip for you and your crownies. Some information about how to explore, and what it entails, is also listed below.

You must own at least one crowntail to start exploring. They will keep you safe out in the wilds. V1 and V2 crowntails are allowed to explore as well.

Please do not quote old forms. A date will be added to the code each time from now on, and certain words may be altered as well. If your form differs due to quoting old forms, it won't be counted. This is to help dissuade the issue of item usage slip ups.

Please wait for the explore announcement before posting. It will look like this;
"Explorations are now open for [DAY]! Watch your step, and enjoy your time. No more explorations will be allowed after we close up the range tomorrow."

Do not post if explore is closed. That post will look like this;
"Explore is officially closed! We hope everyone enjoyed their time out in nature. Below is a log report of everyone's findings. Please wait for the next announcement before coming out to the range again."

Exploring is only allowed on Mondays and Wednesdays (unless you have acquired the 'Camping Gear' item). This will run from when I post that it's open to when I post that it's closed, and
does not rely on what time/day it may be for you or what time it is on CS.
- I will FREQUENTLY open the explorations a day early or a day late as being able to post 'on time' varies a ton. If I open the Wednesday explore on a Tuesday evening, it does not mean you get to post twice. It just means it opened early because I knew I'd be busy the next morning or something along those lines.
Please pay attention to what day it noted in the opening announcement. - You may only
explore on Sunday's if you have acquired the 'Camping Gear' item. Please wait for the opening announcement post as usual.
- There is a
25% chance of finding something when out exploring with your crowntail. This can include any number of items from the store inventory, or may even include abandoned fertilized eggs (which will hatch after a one week growth period) or random wild crowntails. These chances increase with the purchase of binoculars.
- Because there are less visitors
on Sundays, there is a 50% chance of finding something, with an added bonus chance of finding wild crowntails or abandoned eggs!
- You won't always find something when out exploring. The chances are random and rolled through a random number generator. I do not pick favorites or fix the numbers - it's completely randomized for every single player.
Please do not complain if you don't get anything - just try again next time!

If you break the rules, you will be put on a 'time out' in which your explores will not be counted for a full thirty days per each rule you've broken. Three consecutive time outs will mean a permanent ban from explore all together. So please, read the rules.
