Please list the dog's traits as they appear on their adoption page, ie 'Fit (+2 to sports and SAR)'.

The club dog SAR entry form is for club dogs only, not dogs owned by you. If you want to enter your dog in SAR they need to complete SAR1 and SAR2 before being allowed to enter. In the meantime you can pick one club dog to use to enter SAR.
