I understand that this egg is random and I don't choose what the hatchling looks like.
The mothcat is a species that is able to be used for Hunting using Mothcat Riding Gear, found by adventuring. It can be hybridized once with a Chernobyl Bunny to create a very rare hybrid specimen. They cannot be bred though as the hybrid is sterile.
Good luck finding a Moth Cat! If you happen upon one, consider yourself lucky!
