some notes:
⟡ users who did not get a spot in the last game are given priority this time around.
⟡ it will be first come first serve for those users, unless we have over 15 sign-ups (from users who did not join last time).
⟡ in this case, spots will be chosen raffle-style from these users, and those who participated last time will not be included.

⟡ if there are less than 15 sign-ups from these users, the remaining spots will chosen through raffle ! ^^
