Those marshmallows sure do burn brightly! Lex seems delighted with your antics, and after burning and eating a small handful, he shares some of his candy stash with you! You also end up grabbing candy from Kypt's bowl.

As you gather up the smore supplies, and gather to roast the marshmallows, Kypt comes over and plops down next to you. He spends some time chatting, and just... staring into the fire? Huh. After a little bit, he gives you a goodie bag before moving on. Score!

More and more lambicorns gather around the bonfire, and the festivities are growing louder in result. Kypt in particular is making quite the racket, and you quickly realize why. From the forest, a large form emerges- Phlebas! (You may or may not recognize the strange-spoken elder, but Kypt's loud exclamation of their name quickly clears up any confusion). The moth-lambie gestures for those around the campfire to draw closer. "Yes, yes, perfect! Just in time, large friend. Yes, perfect. Just in time for a tale or two, eh?"

In response, Phlebas lets out a low, bestial rumble from the back of their throat, seemingly in agreement. Huh. You suppose that means they're telling some ghost stories? You aren't sure why the unusual Elder is needed for the experience, but it'll probably be interesting at least.

Meanwhile, there's a racket coming from other side of the fire, a bit detached from the crowd still roasting various food items. A group of young lambicorns, including the future arsonist marshmallow-burning Levi, seem to be organizing a grand game alongside a handful of adults. Based on the frantic voices and interested-looking supervisors, it looks quite promising!

Glancing back at the fire, you notice that Brachius, who Kypt was formerly talking to, has opted to simply lay down next to the fire as the crowd shifts to various other activities. He looks positively serene, even with that strange, stone mask hiding their face. Hm, you did come here to rest, at first. Maybe you should fulfil your original goal, and just relax for a bit.
