Extra roll for Argentum - pls help my boi
Another week, another Trial... When Argentum woke up that morning, he was already feeling discouraged. The past few competitions had not gone well, and he had a hard time believing today would be any different. He had watched his brother Clove zip through the courses, earning ribbon after ribbon—while Argentum was happy for him, he desperately wanted to earn his own chance to shine.

As he and the other competing collies from the Farm approached the arena, he could tell right away that something was different: the air had a new aroma that was earthy and sweet, and there were all sorts of colors and shapes set up around the property. There was even more excitement once they got inside, and Argentum's ears perked up instantly. Some of the human handlers were dressed in strange outfits and there were more decorations placed about. He watched the herding dogs walk to their part of the building, but he barely recognized the animals in the distance as the normal livestock he was used to seeing.

When they finally got to the agility course, the new smells got stronger and he almost did a double take upon noticing that the regular jumps and obstacles that had so vexed him had been transformed. While it was different and unfamiliar, he felt a fresh wave of focus and energy in the new environment. Argentum hopped and pulled on his lead, tail wagging and silver fur flashing in the lights, and couldn't help but let out a few eager yips. He couldn't wait to get out there and run the course. This is my chance, today is the day!!

For an extra roll for Matangi's MX roll:
When the two dogs had started their agility careers next to each other, it'd been pretty neck-and-neck. Matangi and Maurepas, the two curly wonders of Boghound. Somewhere along the way, though, Matangi had started to stumble a bit. She found herself frustratingly behind Maurepas at this point; her blixt companion well into her Championship trials while she found herself stuck in Masters Excellent. There wasn't any real rush to get through all of the titling, but to her it was a race against time. She had to prove herself better than Maurepas, make it seem as easy and effortless as she had. Matangi didn't just have to - she would.

The agility course was just as it had been before - or, well, she expected it to be. Except.. it really wasn't. She let out a nervous bark; something she did often, but now especially. Her handler looked down at her, running a hand through her curls gently. "They changed up the track for you, isn't that just fun?" They laughed, trying to ease her nerves. It did little for Matangi. "Well, we're here early... wanna go sniff around?" She pulled at her lead enthusiastically, and the pair walked around the course to check out the new decorations.

Though the ghosts on the course were enough to make her haunches raise, Matangi found herself talking herself down. It'd be alright, it wasn't that different. Maybe if she lost she could nab one of the pumpkins to chew on. (Her owners had been very mad that she'd gnawed theirs to pieces.) The collie steeled herself as best as she could, getting into rotation for her chance at the track. She could do this. She had to do this. Watch out, Maurepas! Here comes competition!

Double Roll for Magnolia

Magnolia steps outside. She hadn't gotten to spend much time outside lately and was given some free time. As she stepped out of the building, she immediately noticed a difference. The air was much lighter. The breeze, much softer. The leaves on the trees were painted all sorts of colors and some danced to the ground.

She stared at the picture-esque world around her. She had no clue where to begin, she was so exited. She cleared her head for a moment and ran to the trees. There was a nice snug pile of leaves at the base of a large oak, which she promptly jumped in to. She made a happy noise, and rolled around to her content. After swiftly wearing herself out, she laid down by a pond. Try as she might, there were no frogs. They were all buried at the bottom, in the mud for the upcoming winter. In the reflection of the water, she saw a triangle formation of geese in the air. She looked up to see them flapping about, heading south for the winter. Mags tried chasing them for a bit, but found herself face planted in a bucket. She shook off the sticks stuck to her coat and peered around the bucket. There were dozens on apple lying on the ground, supposedly in the bucket before she knocked it over. The apples smelled sweet, and ready to be eaten. This season just got better as it went on. She had a lot in store, and couldn't wait to see the upcoming winter.

Zuriel - Double Roll
Zuriel entered the agility course and gave pause. Everything was different. New sights and smells. She could scent autumn leaves and pumpkin. The course seemed darker, spookier with jack o'lanterns casting an eerie glow. Bouquets of flowers dotted the course as well as ghosts and ghouls. The obstacles too had changed! Painted and remodeled to fit the new theme. She gave an apprehensive whine and shifted her weight waiting for her signal. Studying the sight in front of her she could see what she needed to do. Even with the changes made she knew the course well enough to run it. Looking to her handler she calmed herself to focus. Everything was fine; she had done this plenty of times. She had a job to do. With a signal given she took off to the course running it to the best of her ability and having a fun time pretending the monsters were trailing at her heels.

—————Erebus and the duck lord—————

Erebus stepped into the herding pen, inhaling deeply before exhaling slowly. It was one more go at HTD III-D. He’s had his ups and downs getting this far into herding. The ducks have triumphed over him and he has been able to get back at the ducks several times. However, this time, it seemed different. A wave of anxiety was bubbling at the pits of his stomach.
His eyes narrowed at the holding pen where his feathered nemesis gathered. All were dressed in random assortments of odd hats and had weird garlands and ribbons tied around their necks. However, a special group of ducks stood out from the rest. A flock of 4 were dressed like storm-troopers and behind them was a lone duck cloaked in black - The Duck Lord. The lone bird was dressed like Darth Vader.
The new look of the herding pen and the faint smell of pumpkin spice filled the air. It was foreign but Erebus was determined to continue. This was the last round he needed to pass for herding ducks. With a breath of determination, he swallowed his anxiety and stepped into the herding pen, a loud bark echoed, signalling his readiness to begin the trial.
