Here you may geld or sterilize your mare.
With a quick injection from the local vet, your horse will no longer be able to breed.
Every horse that is sterlized or gelded does gain a bonus to showing, however!

Gelding and Sterilization costs 500 SS per horse.
Link to the horses adopt page, not your stable page!
Just fill this form out below, and update your bank account accordingly.

Eggs or Straws may be pulled during this process!
These allow limited breedings that are available for the mare or stallion being sterilized.
These can be used at any time and will be listed under your item bank on the shop page.
You may request the vet to pull one, two or three per horse with an added fee.
Eggs and Straws can only be used in Mare x Stallion breedings; you cannot use a straw with another stallion.
These may be used with active or retired horses, they do not have to be used with other eggs/straws.

Please add this to your form if you would like to harvest eggs or straws.
This can only be done at the same time you are sterilizing you horse!

One costs 200 SS extra
Two costs 400 SS extra
Three costs 500 SS extra

If you wish to retire your horse, for whatever reason, you must post here.
Retiring is free of charge, but the horse may no longer be used in competitions.
Once done, your horse no longer takes up a stall in your barn, and they will only be able to produce a limited number of offspring.

Stallions are only able to breed 4 times.
Mares are only able to breed 2 times.
Geldings and Sterilized Mares are unable to breed.

Just post this form below and a staff member will note on the adopt page that your horse has been retired.
Any staff member is able to do this, regardless of position.
