Simple enough, a user have FIVE total throws to try and hit balloons.
A user has a 50% chance (1 - 50) to hit a balloon, or 50% chance (51-
100) to miss a balloon. If a user manages to land three balloons out of
their five at LEAST, they have a chance to roll for a random prize you
would normally find in exploring.
