A proud looking kitten was perched on top of the bulletin board, dozing off slightly. He seems to be new to Shadow's Kittens. You call out to him to ask, and he blinks an eye open. "Oh, hey. Uh. You're in my territory. Please back off, or I may have to jump on you." You scoot a foot away from him and he grins warmly. "Yeah. Thanks. You can take a look at what's going on. Shadow pinned those on. Must be important." He turned his back to you and went back to sleep. Strange.

"Not a chance!" yelped the blue one as they tackle the pink mew. As soon as they see you, though, they stop in their tracks and smile. "Care to try? There is no way you can beat the twin mews," they mewed in unison. "Don't you confuse the poor creature before it even starts," the pink one warned. "Don't you rig the game!" was the reply. "DON'T YOU DO ANYTHING!" they shouted at each other at the same time. You were starting to get a headache.

The foxfire's strange, glowing eyes stared at the tokens you held in your palm hungrily. They're made of pure mist, almost like a cloud of fog, and though you can hardly see them they are very intimidating. They hold up a sign that reads in pretty calligraphic words: "Have you brought something shiny perhaps for Tokenkeeper?" Once flipped over, the back has big, blocky, and jagged letters that read: "oR hAvE yOu cOmE TO jUst cheCk yoUR BANK balAnce?"

house #1: there is a small gate that reads "house #001". beyond the gate you can see wafts of smoke coming from a small cottage.
how dreadfully dreary. but it's perfect for halloween! maybe the owner has some special halloween treats.
"Ooh, trick-or-treaters!" She seems like the kind of person who gives out "healthy" treats.

house #2: You're not sure who Cat. M is, but for some reason you suddenly think that it might be a real person.
Behind the gravestone you see (AAAAH!) a wispy ghost-like creature.
their sign reads: "hElLO tRiKoRtReATeRSSsS" They stare eerily at you from underneath their oversized hat.

house #3: well dang, they must really like cats... though you're pretty sure the owner must've stolen them all.
They seem familiar, though you can't quite put your finger on it...
"Teeheehee..." He looks like he's up to mischief.

There is a sign planted sideways in the loose dirt. You bend down to peer at it. The message reads: "Danger! Enter at own risk!" It just seems like a flat piece of land to you, but maybe you should listen to the sign anyway...

Maybe that was a bad idea. You're starting to think the place is haunted when footsteps start behind you. You almost dive into a bush, but you paralyze with fear when something furry touched your shoulder. Slowly, you turn around to see Shadow trying to strangle you! You snatch her off your neck and she scowls. "This is a construction zone! You should go back to the party." You start to protest, but she unsheathes her razor sharp claws and you decide that leaving would be for the best.
