i, grampy fawn, am holding a costume contest for all the kids, teens, and adults in the neighborhood!!
i'm looking for those who can create the most creative costumes, of course.

my costume idea; a sylveon (pretty much) cosplay;

the costume will have a headband with sylveon ears
on it and a tail, along with an almost two part dress. the
top will be white and a button up while the skirt will be
pink fading into blues and frilly.
materials i'll need to complete it;

- minky cuddle fabric for the ears and tail
- white broadcloth for dress top
- pink, light blue, dark blue broadcloth for skirt
- white stockings
- pink satin ribbon (to resemble ballet thing)
- pink shoes

in just a blink of an eye these little guys appeared right on the steps of our very town hall! they were very insistent about not going to the shelter . .
but no matter! it's obvious these old souls are picky little coots. they seem to covet a life of luxury, endlessly eyeing the shops on main street.

before you can start, here are a few rules you have to take into account;

no outside help; you cannot go to someone and ask for help with coming up with an idea for your art or story, or ask someone to do the coding for you.

do not share your entry with your peers!! if push comes to shove and we can't come to a consensus on what we believe to be the best entry, we may gather the opinion of the community!
