Please do not post here if you are not on Rise staff.

Rise is an adoptable based on Warrior Cats and focused around world building and character development.

Official rise challenges will be posted on this thread.
Track your challenge on your own thread/site/etc.
When you complete it, turn it in using the form in the archives. A group of staff will look it over to make sure it is complete, and then you will be notified if you can redeem your prize or if you need to make some edits.

Only living Rise cats can be used for challenges.
(The Afterlife challenge is an exception.)

ANY SKILL LEVELS can participate in challenges. All we want to see is that you put effort into your submissions.
Challenges are an opportunity for awesome character development, and development of your own skills. Practice makes perfect.

Different challenges will have different guidelines and prizes.
Complete challenges on your own time. There is no deadline.
You will be able to complete your challenges and redeem your prizes as long as Rise is active and open. Unfortunately, if Rise is inactive/closed for any reason, you will not be able to complete your challenge.

Founder's Challenge
| Subject: Founder | Type: Drawing | Tasks: 200 | Prize: milestone-level custom|

    - Your founder must be the main character
    - Drawings must be lined, flat colored, and include at least a partial background
    - All characters in the drawing must be recognizable (exception: misc NPCs/ancestors, but try to use real Rise cats)
    - The drawing must focus on the prompt. Drawings that don't clearly display the prompt, will not count.
    - Don't rush it. Try to be neat. Use this as an opportunity to develop your founder
    - You do not have to do the tasks in order, but you DO NEED to display them in order
    - You may include SHORT captions with your drawings.

    - May be completed once per clan

All of the prompts may not apply directly to your character, such as if your founder was a loner they would not have become an apprentice. You can tweak these tasks to fit your character, as long as they are relatable. You also have the option to use the challenge as is, and just not make the events cannon.
Some of the tasks may be foreshadowing to future events. Just because you draw your founder in Starclan doesn't mean your founder is dead at the end of the challenge. Your founder does not die or lose a life unless you submit the form in the archives.

Note: suggested "life stage transition"(kit->apprentice->warrior->deputy->leader->Starclan) points are bolded.
