- Chubbies are tiny, soft mammals that originate from grasslands around the world. They were first discovered in the 17th century in a little town in Albania, where they could be seen quickly flitting around through holes they dig under walls, being barely twice as big as a large mouse. They enjoy fruits, vegetables and grains, preferring the clean taste of red bell peppers and raspberries the most. Their DNA is very malleable, meaning they can develop all sorts of different mutations! They love human company, which is why they choose to bond with humans instead of running away. They are very good-natured creatures, looking to find friends in other Chubbies and humans!
• How do I adopt / buy a chubbie?
- Chubbies are both a FCFS and a raffle adoptable. This means that sometimes there will be chubbies listed for adoption, and the first person to post a form for it will get that chubbie! However, some rarer chubbies can also be adopted through entering a raffle. If you would like a personalized chubbie, you can also buy a custom when slots are open. These are just the most common ways of getting Chubbies; sometimes, there are special events that give away Chubbies as well!
• How do I order a custom?
- If you want to order a custom, you will need to fill out a form. All customs cost 30 treats, with the added cost of any uncommon or rare trait you add. Before you post a form, please make sure that at least one slot is open!
• Can I buy items for my chubbie?
- These are the items that you can buy. Each item has its price, in treats, below it.
Before buying an item, make sure it's still in stock! When you want to use an item, just fill out the form for using it.
• Who's on the staff?
- All of the staff can be found on this post.
• Can I join the staff?
- If you're interested in becoming an artist, you should head over to the artist search thread! If you want to be a moderator, the mod search thread is here! These are ongoing searches, so go ahead and post whenever you want!
• Where can I share my chubbies / trade / breed?
- If you want to talk about chubbies, or even go off topic sometimes, then the discord server is good for you! There are also added bonuses if you join it! If you just want to introduce your chubbie, trade, and breed, you can check out the fanclub thread.
• How can I get treats?
- You can get treats by sending a trade to Canisomnia. Visit the bank's post before you send a trade! You can also try to bait and test your luck at getting treats, or even a chubbie! Make sure baiting is open first, though!
• Can I ask questions too?
- Yes! Ask questions on this thread. They will be promptly answered by a staff member! If they are asked often enough, they will be added to this list.
