Situational Questions
what would you do if someone posts a form when all spots are full or closed?
The best thing to do in this situation would be to calmly state that all spots are either full or closed, and let them know to keep an eye on the thread, so they can know when these slots will be available.
what are the steps you would take if a form is posted properly and spots are open, but Canis hasn't gotten to it yet?
If, after a reasonable amount of time has passed, I think it would be best to talk to Canis first, while in the meantime letting the person know that Canis is busy and may not have had time to do what the requested form asks.
how would you react if someone was asking a lot of simple questions?
Keep answering the questions, though possibly ask them to move the questions to PM's so they don't clutter the thread they are posting in. I would also kindly tell them that they should take a look at the main thread, where their question might have been answered before hand, or the main post, so they can check to see if the information they are looking for is up there already. I would do the same, should this happen on discord.
how would you answer a question you don't know the correct answer to?
I will be straight forward, and say I do not know the answer, then immediately go and ask for help.
what would you do if someone is complaining or insulting another user?
I would calmly and gently let them know this is not okay, then, should they persist, PM them with a stern warning that this is not okay, along with a link to the rules of the site. I would then contact a CS mod about the posts and ask them to remove the posts in question immediately.
how would you react to a situation on Discord that needs assistance?
I would try my best to assist in whatever way is needed. I would act according to the situation, never getting upset or angry. Should there be any inappropriate comments or insults, I would immediately delete the messages before talking to them privately using direct messages. I am easily reachable on Discord, as I almost always have a device that supports discord, and tend to keep an eye on all my discord servers as often as possible.
Thank you for reading my application.
