We have positions open for Species Artists, Items Artists, Thread Moderator, & Programmer. You may apply for more than one position, but no more than three. All staff are required to be at least 13 years of age, and not COPPA.

Species Artists are responsible for helping me fill out orders within the agreed time. They should be reasonably comfortable with drawing lineless/with a sketch. Reference photos will be provided if asked for, no knowledge of the species required ^-^
Species artists will receive full payment for every order they finish, whatever the user is paying for that order the artist will receive. This ranges anywhere from uncommons, rares, and c$. Artists will be able to choose which work they wish to complete, but the work will be split up evenly.

Items Artists are responsible for helping me design and create new items for the tanks, and for ensuring that items are provided to those who have ordered them with their species. Items Artists will be compensated fairly for every item or background item they've created, with the same price as ordering three of those items. Any recoloring that an item artist does will count as it's own separate item. Artists will be able to choose which item they wish to work on, but the work will be split up evenly.

Thread Moderators will be responsible for keeping threads pg and on-topic. They might also answer questions/concerns on the threads or via pm. Moderators may also choose to help run games and advertising for the threads. Forum Moderators will receive a portion of order payments every month. This number may fluctuate depending on how many orders are completed within the given month. A comprehensive understanding of forum rules is necessary for the job.

Programmers are responsible for thread coding upkeep, and for ensuring that all threads are coded smoothly. Programmers may also be tasked with coding small things such as stickers, icons, or stamps. Programmers will be paid a portion of order payments every month. This number may fluctuate depending on how many orders are completed within the given month. A fair idea of programming experience is preferable, but if not, a willingness to learn is required.
