Hello everyone!

I just wanted to add a quick message to clarify what we are accepting in terms of coat colors.

Chestnut bases are accepted, not Chestnut modifiers. The modifiers include Palomino, Champagnes, Cremello and Perlino, etc. These coats cannot express Flaxen! Palominos especially are not true Flaxen coats, their coats + manes/tails are modified by the cream gene.

We are only accepting any shade of Chestnut, as is listed on the front page. Even if your Friesian carries the Flaxen gene if it is not of a chestnut base they will not be accepted into the registry. This is to remain as true to promoting the gene and passing it on with as much possible chance to express in future foals.
