yes, they can! no special items are needed either.

I am re-homing my tolters so that they might go to homes with more active users. All tolters will be removed through fcfs to whomever sends me a pm first about them!
I'll rehome one tolter per player with the exception of Isolde and Guinevere who can be rehomed together or separately.
