Hello and welcome to the 2015 Plumerian
Secret Santa Event!

Information:
This Secret Santa Event is an art based gifting game where plumerian owners
and nonowners will make art for their partners, who will be assigned to them by the
staff of this event. Based on their ability to commit to this event (type of art they
are able to make within the allotted time period) players will be matched with
appropriate partners to gift to and receive gifts from!
Help make this event great by participating! While we prefer that players only
join if they are sure that they will have time to make art, we understand that life
comes first and have backup plans if anyone is left without art by the event's end.

Schedule:
December 1st - 10th: Signups open
December 11th - 13th: Signups close, players are assigned partners
Current Period ▶▶ December 13th - 22nd: Work period
December 23rd - 30th: Regular gifting period/"Backup Santa" Signups
December 31st - January 6th: Reporting period for giftless players
January 7th - 14th: Second gifting period for those without gifts

Rules and Q&A



Rules: (May be added on to during the event)

- Do not join if you know you will not be able to complete your art for your partner! Doing so
is unfair to everyone who has committed their time and effort to participating in this event.
- You must have tried for at least one plumerian in the past to be eligible to participate
in this event
- If you own a plumerian, you must put them in the "Requesting art of:" section of the
form. Only nonowners are allowed to request art of their other OCs
- Please do not request tryout art for plumies/OCs
- Please do not request gift art for another person's plumie/OC. Although we know your heart
is in the right place, it will be much more organized if everyone only requests art of their own
characters.
- Try your hardest on your gift!
- Do not complain about the quality of your received art! Keeping the spirit of Christmas/the
holidays in mind, try to remember that this time of year is about thankfulness, not greed or
jealousy.
-Traditional art is allowed for this competition, but please try to get the colors of the
character you are drawing as accurate as possible!
-You may make as much art for your partner as you want!

Q: Can I order art from someone else to give as a gift?
A: Absolutely! Just try to make sure the person you order from is aware of the deadline c:

Q: It's before the close of signups, but I want to change what tier I'm in or what characters
I want drawn.
A: Edit your original form. However, if you decide this after the close of signups, you can
no longer change aspects of your form.

Q: I've been assigned a partner, but now I need to drop out, I just don't have as much
time as I thought I would to commit to this.
A: Send me a PM with "Secret Santa" in the title and explain your situation. Thank you for
doing this, by the way! Letting us know ahead of time that you won't be able to complete
your work really helps us out, as well as your partner.

Q: I've already sent off my gift to my partner, but I think I want to make them more art
now. Can I send them a second load of gifts?
A: Of course!

Q: Oh no! It's the 30th but I won't be finished with my art until tomorrow! Is this okay?
A: Yes! Please PM a member of staff to let them know!
