As I may be getting a new RPW soon and I have all my slots taken, does this mean I'll instantly be able to use locked slots for the new one if I get another? c: Also, I have one of my bought slots reserved for a runner up who is not yet posted. Does she count as a "real" rpw taking up a slot or not until after she's made? c:

Yes it does. If you won the RU then yes it does take up that slot <3
