Phew. False alarm, guys. Thank you for all of your concern and understanding ^^
I didn't require an immediate hospital stay after all. I'm not 100% but at least I'm no longer in agony and I'm home again =)

Anyways, the event shall go on as before! Hopefully this little hiccup of mine hasn't caused too much disruption. I'm really sorry if it has - blame my health X3
