Welcome to the Wild Mountain Equid Matchmaking thread!
This thread, formerly found here, is a place where one can find a mate, breeding partner, a friend, etc. Each post is separate by gender and purpose, so to find what you are looking for, you can follow the listing below.

This thread works in with two methods- posting your equid, or searching for an equid. In order to post your equid, you fill out the form found on that post with the information of your equid and post it on this thread, and iShame and I will update the front page with your interest. If you are searching through this thread, you are to PM the owner of the equid with whom you hold interest, and from private message you work out slot deals, mates, friends, etc.

If you have posted an equid, once they are out of slots, have found a mate, or otherwise need to be removed from the front page, you must make a new post on this thread asking iShame or I to remove it. You cannot simply edit your original post, as we are unwilling to search through all the posts made on this topic in order to see if your equid needs to removed. Each section is tagged with a few-letter code in order to help us find your post, so when removing an equid you must make certain this key is in your post. And example of a key would be SWAIS, or Stallions with Available Slots.

The groups will be arranged as so:

With Available Slots: These equids are not looking for a mate but are willing to give out slots for a breeding. Remember, permission must be obtained directly from these equids' owners in order to obtain a slot from them! Also, one you posts on this thread might be looking to keep the foal or for you to keep it- be sure to discuss this with the equid's owner as well.

Seeking Mate: These equids are looking for that special someone! These relationships are meant to last long-term. Slots may or may not be involved in this relationship.

Equidless Slots: Slots made available only to players who do not currently have an equid.

Pre-Arranged Breedings: These are pairs of equids who are offering slots as a couple. You must PM both owners in order to get a slot! These slots are meant to come together as opposed to seperately, and may have slots set aside for equidless only.

Equids Seeking Friends: These equids are looking for a friend or two- or maybe many! No foals involved.

iShame will be handling the mare posts as well as the equids seeking friends; and I will be taking the stallions and the pre-arranged breedings. Feel free to PM either of us with questions or concerns!
